Associate, Human Capital
Create standard and tailored self-service reports in Workday on headcount, attrition, compensation, and diversity data. Develop reporting solutions that maintain, expand, and improve our Workday ecosystem and analytics portfolio. Collaborate with and satisfy report requests from colleagues and stakeholders in Human Capital, Business Operations, Information Technology, and international Software Development teams. Build ETL pipelines for Workday data using Prism Analytics and web service-enabled (RaaS) reports. Validate data flows between Workday and data warehouse systems, including developing continuous data quality and audit reporting frameworks. Train colleagues on the usage of Workday reporting tools. Partner with colleagues in Human Capital to oversee data governance and security in the Workday ecosystem. Telecommuting permitted. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field of study, plus seven (7) years of experience with Workday Advanced Reporting; Workday BIRT Reports; Workday Raas Reports; Microsoft Excel; project management; and, stakeholder management and communication. The employer requires four (4) years of experience with Workday Prism Analytics; Workday Docs and Worksheets; and Workday Integrations. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401k contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
