We are seeking a passionate and driven Operations Manager for Chick-fil-A Nanuet who will help lead restaurant operations while building a high-performing team culture. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, developing future leaders, and ensuring every guest receives the remarkable experience Chick-fil-A is known for. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong character, competency, and chemistry with the team while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and ownership in restaurant operations.

Your Impact

• Lead daily restaurant operations including Front of House, Back of House, and Drive-Thru
  
• Develop, coach, and hold accountable teams of 25+ team members
  
• Drive operational excellence through hands-on leadership
  
• Manage labor, scheduling, and operational efficiency
  
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards
  
• Maintain high guest satisfaction through consistent service excellence
  
• Identify operational challenges and implement real-time solutions
  
• Train and develop team members into future leaders
  
• Support restaurant operations during high-volume shifts and peak periods
  
• Reinforce a culture built on teamwork, humility, and servant leadership
  

Background Profile

• 2+ years of Leadership experience (restaurant or hospitality industry preferred)
  
• Bachelor's Degree (highly preferred)
  
• Open availability and willingness to work hands-on in restaurant operations (required)
  
• Strong understanding of food safety standards, labor planning, and shift operations
