About Our Newest Restaurant Opening
Piccolo Morini, the newest concept from Altamarea Group, is seeking polished, hospitality-driven Hosts to join our opening team in SoHo. Inspired by the spirit of Osteria Morini, Piccolo Morini will offer a vibrant and welcoming dining experience centered around handmade pasta, Italian small plates, and warm hospitality.

We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills, professional presence, and a genuine passion for guest experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, remains composed under pressure, and understands the importance of creating a memorable first and last impression for every guest.

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage reservations and seating flow using reservation systems
• Maintain organization of the host stand and dining room communication
• Coordinate effectively with management and service team to ensure smooth operations
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and assist with guest accommodations
• Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and support overall guest relations
• Uphold service standards and maintain a polished appearance at all times

• Previous host or guest-facing hospitality experience preferred
• Fine dining or upscale casual experience is a plus
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Professional, warm, and hospitality-focused demeanor
• Ability to remain organized in a high-volume environment
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
