Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hours: 35 hours per week

Pay Rate: Up to $27/hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Credentialing Specialist to support provider credentialing operations in a healthcare setting. The selected candidate will manage the credentialing and re-credentialing process for physicians and other healthcare providers while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage provider credentialing and re-credentialing for physicians and healthcare professionals

• Perform primary source verification of licenses, certifications, education, and training

• Track and ensure timely renewal of provider licenses and credentials

• Maintain accurate credentialing files and provider records

• Update and manage credentialing databases and documentation

• Ensure compliance with credentialing policies and regulatory standards

• Assist with credentialing audits and background verification processes

• Support the credentialing team with administrative and documentation tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience working in the healthcare industry

• Prior experience as a Credentialing Specialist

• Experience credentialing physicians and healthcare providers

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good communication and record management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using credentialing systems such as MDStaff or similar software

• Knowledge of credentialing compliance and regulatory standards

• Experience assisting with credentialing audits
