Join a thriving, physician-led medical group expanding its Urology department just outside Buffalo, NY. This is a dynamic opportunity to rapidly build your practice. You'll have the full support of an established referral network, collaborative colleagues, and access to state-of-the-art resources, including an ancillary surgery center and optional robotic technology.

Schedule Designed for Balance:

• Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek options to create your ideal work-life balance.
• Balanced mix of clinic and OR days.
• Light physician call, primarily post-op, with APPs managing primary call.

Exceptional Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary up to $600,000 DOE.
• Total annual earning potential $700,000-$900,000+.
• $25,000 signing bonus.
