Sommelier
Now seeking a dynamic and talented Sommelier to join The Clocktower's service team!This position will be responsible for guiding guest's experience through service and administrative and educational functions.
Complementing The Clocktower's elevated take on classic British fare, the restaurant's exceptional wine program features an award-winning, 250-bottle collection showcasing both Old and New World producers. Honored with Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence , the cellar boasts remarkable vintage depth, iconic producers, and thoughtfully curated selections that deliver exceptional pairings for every course.
This position offers a comprehensive package including:- A tipped hourly rate of $11.35 + tips
- A non-tipped hourly rate of $17.00 - $22.00

- 2+ years of Sommelier experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants
- The ability to work a minimum of 3 - 4 shifts per week
- Thorough understanding of various tools and techniques for wine and food service
- Ability to meticulously perform tableside wine and food service while under pressure
- An uncompromising commitment to excellence and team success
- A warm, welcoming, and approachable demeanor
- WSET Level 2, CMS-Certified preferred
