Senior FP&A Analyst

DoorLoop
New York, NY

About DoorLoop

With offices in Miami, New York City, and Tel Aviv, we’re a global company helping property owners and managers move faster, scale smarter, and get real support, real fast.

We’re proudly People First. That’s why we’re a Certified Great Place to Work, recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Startup Employers (2024 & 2025), and highly rated on Glassdoor.

Mission

DoorLoop is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance team, based on-site in New York and partner directly with the CFO. In this role, you will be a critical financial partner bridging our US operations with our Israel-based FP&A team, driving planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis for a high-velocity SaaS business. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love turning data into decisions, and want to help shape the financial future of a category-leading proptech company, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the company's financial models, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning, in close collaboration with the Israel-based FP&A team
  • Partner directly with the CFO to deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting and variance analyses (actuals vs. budget/forecast)
  • Build and maintain SaaS metrics dashboards tracking ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, NRR, and payback period to support executive and board-level decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to develop departmental budgets and provide financial guidance
  • Support strategic initiatives including pricing analysis, headcount planning, new market entry, and M&A due diligence as needed
  • Prepare board decks, investor materials, and executive presentations with clear, data-driven narratives
  • Drive process improvements and automation across FP&A workflows
  • Serve as the financial point of contact in the New York office, fostering alignment and communication between local stakeholders and the Israel-based finance team

Benefits:
  • Unlimited paid time off: take unlimited personal, sick, and vacation days.
  • 401(k): plan for retirement with 4% matching and instant vesting.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance: we offer medical coverage for employees through United Healthcare and dental and vision coverage through Guardian, with 25% coverage for dependents across all plans.
  • Life insurance: $100,000 policy fully covered by DoorLoop.
  • Disability insurance: short- and long-term disability insurance fully covered by DoorLoop.
  • Paid parental leave: paid maternity and paternity leave for birth and adoption.
  • Monthly stipend: a dedicated budget for work-related expenses.
  • Best-in-class equipment: Get a company laptop and all the top-tier tools to set you up for success.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus and equity participation in a high-growth proptech company
  • Direct exposure and visibility to C-suite leadership, including a reporting line to the CFO
  • A collaborative, low-ego culture with a high-performing global team across New York and Tel Aviv
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, plus 401(k) with company match
  • Generous PTO policy, paid holidays, and a flexible work environment built for deep focus
  • A front-row seat to scaling a category-defining SaaS product — with real influence over financial strategy

Compensation Range:

DoorLoop offers a competitive compensation package for this role, with an expected range of $140,000–$180,000 USD annually, depending on experience, expertise, and geographic location.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4–7 years of FP&A experience, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth technology company
  • Strong command of SaaS financial metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, NRR) and unit economics modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets with demonstrated experience building complex, scalable financial models from scratch
  • Experience partnering with C-suite executives and preparing board-level financial presentations
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with a geographically distributed team
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • Proven experience in vendor management, including evaluating, negotiating, and managing relationships with third-party vendors and tracking related spend
  • AI Capabilities (Required)

    • Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini) to accelerate financial analysis, modeling, and reporting workflows
    • Experience building or leveraging AI-assisted financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
    • Ability to write effective prompts and apply prompt-engineering techniques to extract reliable, structured outputs for finance use cases
    • Hands-on experience automating repetitive FP&A workflows using AI-powered tools, scripts, or agents
    • Comfort using AI to generate first drafts of board decks, investor narratives, and executive commentary, with strong judgment to validate and refine outputs
    • Eagerness to continuously adopt and champion emerging AI tools to drive efficiency and insight across the Finance team

    Nice-to-Have

    • Experience working with or at a proptech, real estate, or property management SaaS company
    • Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital, particularly with SaaS valuation frameworks
    • Familiarity with cross-border, multi-entity finance operations or working with international teams
    • Prior experience working in or with Israeli or Israeli based companies
    • Experience integrating AI agents or LLM-based automation into finance and accounting processes
