Verizon Sales trainee

Our marketing and sales department is seeking a full-time Verizon Sales Trainee to help launch our newest promotional campaign. We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver excellence to our clients, and we need a Verizon Sales Trainee who is excited to do the same. As the Verizon Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for both the planning and execution of our promotional marketing and sales campaigns which play an integral role in increasing brand visibility and customer engagement for our clients. Verizon Sales Trainee Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with homeowners to understand their wireless needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Work alongside the Verizon Sales Manager to plan and execute promotional marketing and sales campaigns
- Draft and review sales contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance with company policies, and customer satisfaction
- Track KPI's and campaign metrics to ensure sales and customer engagement targets are being met or exceeded
- Regularly attend meetings to discuss markets trends, new product and service launches, and promotions being offered by Verizon
Our Verizon Trainee role is entry-level, and no prior experience is required. We provide full training for each of our new Verizon Sales Trainees. As a Verizon Sales Trainee, you will be cross-trained in the following areas:
- Product Knowledge & Technology: Understanding the features and benefits of Verizon's products and services
- Sales Techniques & Strategies: Learning effective sales tactics, negotiation skills, and closing techniques to drive sales and meet targets
- Marketing & Brand Awareness: Gaining insights into marketing and sales strategies to effectively communicate Verizon's value proposition to customers
- Business Analytics & Reporting: Learning how to analyze sales data, generate reports, and use insights to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Compliance & Ethics: Understanding Verizon's policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards to ensure compliance in all sales activities
Verizon Sales Trainee Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to overturn objections in a professional manner
- Desire to learn new skill sets and develop professionally
- Passionate about / interested in learning about the wireless industry is a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $850.00 - $1,200.00 per week
