How You Will Make An Impact:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software and integration solutions supporting capital markets operations.
• Build and enhance event-driven architectures using Kafka, IBM MQ, Azure Event Hub, and related messaging technologies.
• Develop backend services and APIs using C# and the .NET platform.
• Create and support data pipelines using Databricks, Python, and SQL Server.
• Integrate Fenergo with downstream systems supporting client onboarding and regulatory workflows.
• Develop operational reporting and data visualization solutions using Power BI.
• Implement and maintain automated job scheduling through Autosys or comparable enterprise scheduling tools.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, identify root causes, and deliver sustainable technical resolutions.
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, architecture discussions, and Agile delivery activities.
• Partner with engineering, data, compliance, and business teams to translate complex requirements into reliable technical solutions.

Do You Bring Proven Success in Event-Driven Architecture and Financial Technology Solutions?

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, data engineering, or enterprise application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Fenergo implementations, integrations, or platform support.
• Advanced development experience using C# and .NET technologies.
• Demonstrated experience with Apache Kafka and distributed messaging architectures.
• Experience working with IBM MQ, message-oriented middleware, or comparable messaging platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure Event Hub and cloud-based event processing.
• Strong Databricks experience, including data pipeline development and transformation workflows.
• Advanced SQL Server skills, including complex querying, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Python for data engineering, automation, or backend development.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, or analytical solutions using Power BI.
• Familiarity with Autosys or another enterprise job scheduling platform.
• Experience using GitHub for source control, collaboration, and development workflows.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, API integration patterns, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience in KYC, client onboarding, capital markets, or regulated financial services is highly valued.
• Familiarity with MBPM, Metastorm, or another business process management platform is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and production problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a fast-moving Agile environment.
