Help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. Analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to guide clients in making decisions regarding deals. Formulate and execute effective strategies to optimize outcomes in deal-making processes. Set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. Drive business growth, shape client engagements, and mentor staff.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $294,000 - $304,000/yr.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 7 years of related work experience, of which, at least 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of related work experience. Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:- Experience with Mergers, Acquisitions, Spin-offs and Divestitures, including pre-deal operational due diligence, integration and separation planning and execution, synergy and cost savings analysis, and post-close transformation;- Providing strategic consulting services to clients and offering strategic and operational assistance in various M&A activities, and applying technology strategies to analyze complex technical environments and software platforms;- Managing and delivering large M&A IT projects by staffing the project team, assessing engagement risks, driving conclusions, and reviewing the output produced by the team; and- Directing and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data.80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
