Location: New York, NY 10016

Contract Duration: 14 Weeks

Schedule

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week

• Shift: Night Shift

• Schedule: 3 shifts per week

• Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Compensation

• Local Rate: $2,760 per week

• Travel Rate: $3,311.50 per week

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) with strong CVOR experience for a critical night-shift assignment in Manhattan . The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in both scrub and circulating roles , support complex cardiovascular procedures, and maintain the highest standards of patient safety and surgical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Function as both scrub and circulating nurse in the Operating Room, with emphasis on CVOR procedures

• Maintain sterile technique and ensure compliance with OR protocols

• Assist surgical teams during complex operative cases

• Perform IV insertions , phlebotomy , and provide conscious sedation support as required

• Monitor patients throughout perioperative phases to ensure optimal outcomes

Qualifications & Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited program

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an OR RN in scrub and circulating roles

• Minimum 2 years of experience with IV insertion and phlebotomy

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting conscious sedation

• CVOR experience required

• Active New York State RN License , with Primary Source Verification through NYSED

• Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications
