Senior Software Engineer

As a full-stack Senior Software Engineer at Qrypt, you will work as part of a cross-functional, responsive, and adaptive team aimed at expanding the feature sets for both our on-prem and cloud-based products.

This is a hybrid role in New York, NY.

• Lead the development of one or more products
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level team members
• Scope work, manage project priorities and deliverables, identify risks, and develop solutions to mitigate them
• Derive requirements, develop, and test complex features 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 7+ years of professional experience
• Proficiency with back-end technologies such as Python, Go, Node.js and a front-end technology including React, JavaScript and/or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent
• Proficiency with compiled languages (Rust, C/C++)
• Strong understanding of the fundamentals of cryptography
• Deep understanding of Linux
• Familiar with DevOps concepts, and test and deployment automation

The annual base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $190,000. The actual base salary pay offered may vary based on multiple factors such as qualifications, experience, transferable skills, level of education, and other factors permitted by law. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work in this location and refers to the amount Qrypt is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The range listed is just one component of Qrypt's total compensation package.
