We are searching for an Assistant Clinical Director. This role will help shape our clinical services and support a team of dedicated therapists in provide exceptional, culturally responsive care. This is a unique opportunity for a licensed Psychologist, LCSW or LMHC who is passionate about mentorship, program development, and strategic leadership in a supportive, client-centered environment. You will report directly to the Clinical Director and play a pivotal role in ensuring our practice runs smoothly and effectively while staying true to our mission.

This position requires prior experience in clinical supervision and or staff management, familiarity with evidenced based practices and the ability to be organized, approachable and motivated to help build a high functioning clinical team.

You will wear many hats in leadership, administation and clinical care. Key responsibilities will include: Recruit, Hire and Onboard Staff; Clinical Supervision and Mentorship; Maintain a Part-Time Clinical Caseload; Coordinate and Manage our Group Therapy Programming (i.e.DBT); Training and Professional Development; Optimize Systems and Communication; Strategic Leadership and Growth; Flexibility in Duties.
