Contract Duration: 7 Weeks

Hours: 40 hours/week | Shift: Flexible/Custom

Pay Rate: $45–$48/hr

Job Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Certified Trauma Registrar to support a Level 1 Trauma Center. This fully remote role requires expertise in trauma data abstraction, registry management, and EMR proficiency. The ideal candidate can work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Abstract, analyze, and enter trauma-related data into the NTRACs Trauma Registry.

• Review and validate documentation within the EPIC EMR system.

• Maintain trauma registry data in alignment with ACS (American College of Surgeons) standards.

• Identify and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Collaborate with trauma program leadership, clinicians, and data teams.

• Prepare reports for performance improvement, accreditation, and research initiatives.

• Ensure HIPAA compliance and safeguard patient confidentiality.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of trauma registry experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center.

• Proficiency with EPIC EMR and NTRACs Trauma Registry.

• Prior remote work experience.

• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Education & Certifications:

• Certified Trauma Registrar (Required)

• Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

• Master’s Degree (Preferred)
