The Yizhou Dong Laboratory is seeking highly motivated postdocs to lead projects aimed at developing novel RNA medicine.

Responsibilities

Technical Duties: (include any protocols)

  • Perform independent research in the area of RNA medicine
  • Critically analyze data quality and results, communicate results to scientists and lay people
  • Write or assist in writing scientific papers and grants
  • Collaborate closely with other scientists to conduct research

Goals/Outcomes of the Research Project: Design and develop next generation RNA medicine.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. required
  • Experience working in a research laboratory setting

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement between the ISMMS and the Sinai Postdoctoral Organizing Committee - UAW.

Compensation

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $72500 - $80000 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
