Total Compensation: $93k-$120k (depending on years of experience)

What You'll Do

• Manage HR transactions across the employee lifecycle, including hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and leaves of absence
• Supervise HR operations staff, ensuring timely and accurate completion of day-to-day tasks
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and accurate employee record management
• Maintain and update HRIS systems, generate reports, and troubleshoot operational issues
• Partner closely with Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure accurate, timely employee transactions
• Support labor relations efforts, including application of collective bargaining agreements and grievance tracking
• Assist with compliance monitoring, policy updates, and documentation standards

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of Human Resources experience
• Proven experience managing HR staff and operational processes
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accountability across a team
• Familiarity with union environments, payroll, benefits, and leave administration
