Conformal Coating Operator
Our client is looking for a Conformal Coating Operator to join our team. In this role, you are responsible for the vital final step of protecting PCBs and components from the elements. Any background applying coating such as powder coating or applying paint to cars and other surfaces will translate over well
salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per yearshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School Responsibilities The Role:
- Precision Coating: Apply protective coatings to PCBs and individual pieces to exact customer specifications.
- Methods: Utilize dipping or spraying techniques to ensure even and thorough coverage of delicate boards.
- Intermediate Assembly: Support the team with potting, encapsulating, and curing processes as needed.
- Transferable Skills: Experience in dipping or spraying (experience with PC boards is a plus, but we are willing to train candidates with relevant industrial coating backgrounds).
- Adaptability: A rapid learner who can transition their existing skillset into high-tech electronics manufacturing.
