We are currently expanding our network of caregivers and are seeking dependable, nurturing, and experienced nannies and sitters to join our team.

Position Overview:
As an HVCA caregiver, you will be matched with families based on your availability, experience, and preferences. Opportunities range from occasional babysitting to consistent part-time and full-time placements.

This is an ideal role for individuals seeking flexible work while being part of a professional and supportive agency.

Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, safe, and engaging care for children of various ages
- Maintain a clean and organized environment related to childcare
- Follow family routines and preferences
- Communicate clearly and professionally with both families and HVCA
- Arrive on time and maintain reliability for scheduled bookings

Qualifications:
- Prior childcare experience (nannying, babysitting, daycare, teaching, etc.)
- Strong references (2–3 preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Background check required
