Barista
We are seeking a talented and passionate AM Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate has a love for hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and creates memorable experiences for every guest. If you excel at crafting exceptional beverages and providing warm, attentive service, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and care.
- Deliver superb hospitality by engaging with guests and anticipating their needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and an excellent guest experience.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Prior barista or specialty coffee experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate with great hospitality skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure.
- Open availability preferred, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
