Field Supervisor

At Suburban Pest Control, we are hiring for a Field Supervisor to oversee and coordinate operations in the field/office. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of service professionals, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining efficient workflow. - High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in the pest control industry.
- Pest Control License(Must Have).
- Drivers License(Must Have).
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using technology for job-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise field operations and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor service professionals to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize field operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Manage schedules, assignments, and resources to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare reports on field operations and provide feedback to management for process improvement.
