SAP S/4HANA RE-FX Functional Consultant

IDR is seeking a SAP S/4HANA RE-FX Functional Consultant to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in New York, NY.
This role involves implementing SAP Real Estate Management solutions within an SAP S/4HANA environment, focusing on lease accounting, GL optimization, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The company operates within the enterprise technology and consulting industry, offering comprehensive SAP solutions to clients.

Position Overview for the SAP S/4HANA RE-FX Functional Consultant

• Design, configure, test, and support SAP S/4HANA RE-FX solutions in a dynamic environment
• Partner with Business, Finance, and Technical teams to gather and translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions
• Support lease accounting processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS 16 and ASC 842 standards
• Optimize General Ledger processes supporting lease and real estate management
• Support system testing, deployment, and functional documentation

Requirements for the SAP S/4HANA RE-FX Functional Consultant:

• 10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management)
• Experience with SAP Intelligent Real Estate with Contract Lease Management (CLM)
• Familiarity with lease accounting standards IFRS 16 and ASC 842
• Proficiency in SAP Finance (FI), GL, and integration with related modules
