LMNOP Bakery is hiring energetic and enthusiastic baristas to join our Front of House team in Katonah, NY — a charming town in Northern Westchester County, about an hour north of New York City.

While prior experience in hospitality and food industry can be helpful, no experience in necessary, just the right attitude and willingness to learn. Our baristas are committed to providing great customer service and being part of a growing team dedicated to good food, hospitality and service to our community. We enjoy the role our bakery plays in the daily rituals of our regulars as well as a destination for first time guests excited to try our offerings. Essential job responsibilities:

• Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
• Stamina for the duration of the shift while being on your feet with ample physical activity
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Learning and being able to provide customers with details on LMNOP’s bread, pastry, and beverage menus
• Making and serving beverages with a variety of different brewing and preparation methods in a high-volume environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and fellow staff members
• Taking on tasks to keep the bakery running smoothly and beautifully, including but not limited to, inventory management, cleaning, clearing and washing dishes, sweeping, dusting, mopping, restocking, and organizing storage areas
• Completing food handlers license and allergen training course within 2 weeks of your start date, and learning all health, food safety, and safety guidelines
• Promoting a safe and respectful working environment
• Weekend and holiday availability required
