About the Role
The Zoe Wealth Platform enables RIAs to provide a better client experience by streamlining the process of hiring an advisor, client onboarding, and ongoing investment management all in one platform. As a foundational Client Success Manager on our Wealth Platform team, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing the logistics of new client onboarding by working directly with financial advisors and their clients to ensure all required steps are completed.
- Handling all aspects of account funding, including tracking transfers, resolving money movement issues, and escalating to internal teams when needed.
- Serving as the go-to support contact for a book of advisors and firms – answering questions, providing updates, and managing operational tasks on their behalf.
- Supporting Relationship Managers by executing backend tasks that keep the client experience moving without friction.
- Providing feedback from clients and advisors to help improve internal workflows and product features, creating meaningful change to our product and business priorities.
- Helping build scalable internal processes and best practices as the Client Success function continues to grow.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of experience in a client success, advisor support, or operations role at a financial institution or fintech.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, client-first environment.
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize without sacrificing quality.
- Team player with a self-starter attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Flexibility in adapting to new technologies and environments.
- Wants to work onsite in our NYC office 5 days a week from 9 am to 6 pm.
Nice to Have
- FINRA Series 7.
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and account management workflows.

- Estimated Base Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, location, skills, training, certifications, and education.
