Your responsibilities will include performing various accounting tasks, reconciling financial statements, maintaining general ledger accounts, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. Staff Accountant Responsibilities:

»Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.

»Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

»Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

»Conduct periodic audits of financial data to identify and resolve discrepancies.

»Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.

»Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

»Assist in the preparation of tax documents and contact with external auditors.

»Utilize accounting software and other tools to manage financial transactions efficiently.



Staff Accountant Qualifications required

»Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

»Minimum of 2 years of practice in an accounting function (preferred).

»Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.

»Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

»Medical billing practice (preferred).

»Excellent analytical and problem-solving expertise.

»Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines consistently.

»Effective communication and interpersonal expertise.
