Executive Communications Consultant

Kforce has a client that is seeking a 100% Remote Communications and Content Management Consultant. Summary: The client is seeking an experienced Communications and Content Management Consultant to support strategic internal communications initiatives, executive messaging, employee engagement programs, and high-profile leadership events. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to partner with senior leaders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while driving impactful communications across a large organization. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute internal communications strategies and campaigns
• Create, edit, and manage executive communications, presentations, and leadership messaging
• Coordinate company-wide meetings, town halls, and employee engagement initiatives
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
• Develop content for newsletters, intranet platforms, and internal communication channels
• Create and refine PowerPoint presentations and communication materials
• Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organization
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met
• Support event planning, content development, and presentation coordination for large-scale internal meetings
• Leverage technology and AI tools to improve communication effectiveness and efficiency

This is a 100% remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere within the United States.

• 5-7 years of project management, communications, or content management experience
• Experience working in a large corporate, consulting, or professional services environment
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive-facing skills
• Advanced PowerPoint skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
