Overview The VP of Growth Operations is the strategic operator who turns vision into reality. In this high-impact leadership role, you'll be the force that enables our Growth team to compete and win at the highest levels. You'll orchestrate the complex operations behind our new business efforts, managing everything from pitch logistics and resource coordination to data integrity and operational excellence. This isn't a behind-the-scenes role; it's a visible, strategic position where your expertise directly influences our competitive positioning and our ability to deliver world-class pitch experiences. Responsibilities- Pitch Logistics Mastery – Own the end-to-end operational execution of our new business pitches. Coordinate internal resources, optimize physical and technological setups, manage fiscal responsibilities, and ensure flawless delivery across our US office locations. Your expertise ensures our teams can focus on winning while you handle the complexity.
- Strategic Resource Partner – Serve as the primary liaison with critical Publicis resource teams including Facilities, IT/AV, and Operations. Build relationships that unlock speed, quality, and innovation in how we implement.
- Pitch Environment Architect – Lead renovation projects that transform our pitch spaces into competitive advantages. Work cross-functionally to design and implement environments that inspire creativity, enable collaboration, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Process Innovator – Continuously evaluate and refine operational workflows. Identify friction points, implement solutions, and create efficiencies that allow the Growth team to operate at peak performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaborator – Partner with Global Operations, Finance, HR, and BD teams to ensure alignment on reporting, processes, and strategic initiatives that support our growth objectives.
- Deep Agency Operations Expertise – 10+ years in media agency environments with proven experience in production, event management, and complex operational execution at scale.
- Communication Excellence – Exceptional coordination, written communication, and editing abilities. You can translate complex operational details into clear, strategic narratives for any audience.
- Strategic and Anticipatory Thinking – Forward-thinking attitude that anticipates needs before they arise and proactively develops innovative solutions to operational challenges.
- Cross-Functional Leadership – Demonstrated success leading and influencing across global, matrixed organizations where collaboration and relationship building drive results.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
