Data designer

Our client in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is looking for a Data Visualization Designer to support their Digital Strategy and Experience Team. This role is 40 hours/week, starting immediately through the end of the year.Requirements:- Visual Design background with data visualization and user experience- Experience designing for data-heavy analytics platforms and/or internal enterprise platforms- Portfolio showcasing your ability to simplify complex data into strong visual design and to think beyond traditional dashboards and reporting tools to create engaging, story-driven visualizations- Proficiency in Figma, including use of components, auto layout, and clickable prototypes - Experience creating low-fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes- Comfortable working independently and iteratively in a fast-paced, remote environmentResponsibilities:- Create visual designs for internal sales/marketing digital commerce tools- Create visual design with end users in mind: Enterprise Sales & Marketing teams- Design user experiences for internal analytics tools used by sales and marketing teams- Translate high-level business and AI-driven vision into intuitive, actionable design flows- Collaborate with full-time designers and cross-functional stakeholders to unify disparate platform experiences- Create low-fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes in Figma- Align designs with existing component libraries while proposing enhancements where needed- Focus on improving user experience across platforms used for tracking ad campaign success, product performance, and sales insights across retailers like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Instacart- Support the integration of AI-driven insights into the platform by designing interfaces that surface relevant questions and data based on user rolesNice to haves:- Experience with AI-driven design In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
