We are looking for an enthusiastic team members who wants to flourish in an environment full of passionate talents!

We are looking for experienced FOH Team Members!

Role Specific Requirements:

Host/Hostess ($20 hr + tips)

  • Prior work experience as a host/hostess or maitre d'
  • Understanding of restaurant etiquette and flow of service
  • Experience in managing reservations (emails, phone calls, guest facing)
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Experience with Tock

Captain

  • Orchestrating a polished, seamless, and deeply personalized dining experience for each table
  • Leading a service team (Front Server, Kitchen Server, and Sommelier support) with clarity, precision, and accountability
  • Managing the flow and pacing of a multi-course tasting menu, ensuring synchronization between kitchen and dining room
  • Engaging guests with thoughtful, concise, and informed dialogue, adapting tone and depth to each table
  • Presenting and maintaining expert-level knowledge of the menu, ingredients, techniques, and beverage program
  • Anticipating guest needs and responding to both expressed and unspoken cues with discretion and professionalism
  • Upholding and executing all service standards with consistency and attention to detail
  • Maintaining composure and decisiveness in high-pressure situations while supporting the team
  • Identifying and resolving service challenges proactively and effectively

Front Server

  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, technique, and narrative, as well as wine by the glass and cocktail offerings
  • Executing precise, efficient, and unobtrusive table maintenance in alignment with course progression
  • Supporting and maintaining the pacing of the dining room, ensuring a seamless and synchronized flow of service
  • Anticipating guest needs through observation and experience, adapting service style to each table
  • Maintaining immaculate organization, cleanliness, and readiness of service stations at all times

Back Server

  • Assist servers by clearing tables, setting tables, refilling beverages and dishware, and attending to guest requests 
  • Ensure the area is well stocked, and maintain the cleanliness of the workspace throughout the shift
  • Ensure consistent communication with staff members, management, and the kitchen during service 
  • Demonstrate ability to aid co-workers during service while successfully maintaining responsibilities 
  • Complete side work according to the schedule 
  • Act as part of the team to maintain the high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant both before, during, and after service 
  • Reliably complete all assigned side work 

Sommelier

  • Providing excellent food and beverage service through strong product knowledge and command of the wine list. Our program led by Beverage Director Chris Clark, has an international focus , emphasizing smaller minimal intervention producers of the highest quality.
  • Leads staff by example exemplifying excellence in food, wine, and service, with an encouraging and mentoring attitude.
  • Maintains and grows the beverage program under the Beverage Director, by participating in wine industry events and tastings, managing inventory, and educating staff.
  • Remains active during service, facilitating an efficient flow and pace wherever needed in the restaurant.

Bartender

  • Provide warm, engaging and knowledgeable service to every guest, anticipating needs and establishing regulars
  • Prepare and serve classic and specialty cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and care
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar at all times
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with the team to support seamless service
  • Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system
  • Monitor guest consumption and follow all alcohol service laws and house policies
  • Complete opening, closing, and side work with attention to detail
  • Uphold the restaurant’s standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times
