Markets Client Onboarding

Job Description

A large financial client is looking for a Markets Client Onboarding specialist. This person will manage the end-to-end integration of hedge funds and institutional clients, facilitating account setup across products like Equities, Fixed Income, and Swaps. Key duties include driving KYC/AML, coordinating legal documentation, and conducting platform training to ensure a smooth, high-quality onboarding experience. They will be assisting in the onboarding of 1500+ entities to a FICC platform.

Client Set Up: They will be reviewing onboarding documentation and entering key static data into internal platforms.

Project Management: Drive the end-to-end onboarding process, managing multiple workstreams, timelines, and milestones for new fund launches or client onboarding.

Account Setup & Onboarding: Coordinate the opening of client accounts, including KYC/AML documentation, legal negotiations, and operational readiness across product lines.

Regulatory & Data Management: Ensure onboarding complies with regulatory timelines (SLAs), maintain accurate records, and adhere to internal AML/KYC policies.

• Strong attention to detail
