Associate, Risk (Dockside)
Perform financial risk analysis and advise on daily risk limit monitoring per risk addendum in the Investment Management Agreement (IMA). Perform daily hedging portfolio management for risk mitigation of clients portfolios. Design and implement risk alert/limit frameworks to proactively monitor market conditions and assess potential portfolio impacts. Perform ongoing Dockside risk portal maintenance and customization, as well as perform ad-hoc risk analysis per clients requests. Timely solve quantitative risk problems and perform bug fixing in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:Bachelors degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Mathematics of Finance, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the position offered or in a related role* *All of the required experience must have included experience with: serving as a quantitative risk analyst at an asset management firm/company; risk management, including portfolio construction methodologies, stress testing and risk assessment techniques across various asset classes; utilizing commercial data and analytics vendors such as Bloomberg or similar platforms to extract insights and support decision-making processes; analyzing complex data sets, identifying key risk factors, and providing actionable recommendations; utilizing Python, C#, and VBA, to develop, validate, and maintain quantitative models and analytics, including strategic asset allocation, economic scenario generator, and Monte Carlo simulation; model development, scenario analysis, and stress-testing; and developing and managing Value at Risk (VaR) analysis, simulations, and back testing.
