Corporate Controller - CPA
Kforce's client in New York is seeking a Corporate Controller with a CPA certification and NetSuite software expertise. Responsibilities: * Prepare accounting records for multi-entity revenue generating contracts for 25 plus locations. Prepare the monthly financial reporting packages utilizing NetSuite
- Prepare weekly payroll accounting records for 3000+ staff, and oversee the timely processing of payroll
- Reconcile hi-volume complex multi-entity transactions with the general ledger
- Prepare cash management reporting on a daily and weekly basis
- Liaise with FP&A department and ensure timely/accurate workflow from accounting to finance teams
- Establish all new revenue generating contracts in NetSuite and ensure seamless integration into the portals
- Prepare supporting documentation for external audits
- CPA required
- NetSuite software experience
- Ability to work in an unstructured, fast paced environment in a hands-on capacity
- Experience working remotely, while managing teams responsible for the hi volume production of accounting workflow
