Seasonal Rooftop Manager
Arlo SoHo is seeking a passionate, energetic, and experienced Seasonal Rooftop Manager to oversee daily operations of our high-volume rooftop venue. This position is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, and can lead a team with confidence and professionalism. This seasonal role is anticipated to continue through October–December, based on operational needs
Responsibilities- Oversee all daily rooftop operations to ensure exceptional guest service.
- Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
- Manage labor costs and staffing levels to meet business needs.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
- Work closely with culinary, bar, security, and hotel teams to execute seamless service.
- Support special events, private buyouts, and rooftop activations.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational needs throughout each shift.
- 2+ years of restaurant, bar, or rooftop management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in a high-volume hospitality environment preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and guest recovery skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
