Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Expert with 5 years of hands-on implementation experience supporting end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise and proven configuration experience across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Subledger Accounting (SLA). This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize Oracle Fusion Financials to support business and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, upgrades, and ongoing optimization initiatives
• Perform hands-on functional configuration for:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Subledger Accounting (SLA)
• Design and configure chart of accounts, accounting calendars, ledgers, legal entities, and balancing segment structures
• Configure and validate accounting rules, accounting methods, and SLA mappings
• Support end-to-end transaction flows from subledgers to GL and resolve accounting and reconciliation issues
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to translate business and statutory requirements into system configuration
• Support period-end close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Assist with data conversion, FBDI/ADFdi uploads, integrations, and report validations
• Perform functional testing including SIT, UAT, and post-production validations
• Develop and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and process documentation
• Provide production support, issue resolution, and user guidance as needed

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience
• Strong hands-on configuration experience with GL, AP, AR, FA, and SLA
• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles, including US GAAP or IFRS
• Proven experience configuring:
  • SLA rules and accounting methods
  • Multi-ledger and multi-entity environments
  • Intercompany and subledger-to-GL accounting flows
• Experience supporting month-end and year-end close cycles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with Finance, Accounting, and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion Financials certification(s)
• Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, and ADFdi
• Experience supporting SOX controls, audits, and compliance requirements
• Exposure to integrations with HCM, Payroll, Projects, or third-party systems
• Prior consulting or large enterprise implementation experience
