Enterprise Account Executive

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is an established construction-technology company (~300 people, founded 2009) delivering enterprise project- and program-management software. This is a territory-based enterprise sales seat owning strategic accounts and complex, high-value deals in the construction space.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Identify and pursue target accounts within an assigned territory to hit quota. Develop and execute strategic sales campaigns for enterprise deals. Run product demonstrations showcasing capabilities and ROI. Manage complex 6–12 month sales cycles from first contact through close. Coordinate transitions to professional services and support. Manage expenses while maximizing effectiveness.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

First 90 days: learn the platform and territory, and build a qualified pipeline. First year: close enterprise deals ($250K–$500K+ ARR) and consistently hit territory quota.

MUST-HAVES

3+ years enterprise software sales closing $250K–$500K+ ARR deals; 6+ years in seller roles; experience managing complex sales cycles and consultative/solution selling.

NICE-TO-HAVES

Construction-technology industry experience; territory ownership at enterprise scale.

LOCATION & WORK MODEL

Remote (US-based), organized by territory (Southeast, Southwest/West, Midwest/Texas, Northeast), with occasional travel to the Georgia office (~quarterly or less).
