Manager - Makeup Formulation
Lead the technical execution of assigned NPL projects from development hand-off through scale-up and launch. Ensure project deliverables meet technical targets including claims, stability, manufacturability, and regulatory compliance. Proactively identify and manage project risks, escalate issues with recommendations, and collaborate to resolve blockers. Own documentation including batch records, formula specs, stability plans, and knowledge transfer materials. Coach and develop junior scientists, supporting technical problem solving, project planning, and career growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with Platform, Packaging, PD, and Brand to align expectations and delivery plans. Track and communicate execution status, challenges, and learnings clearly to stakeholders and leadership. Contribute to internal process improvements (e.g., GCAPS, Cornerstone, TQP, RDS) that improve team agility and output quality. Model best practices in lab safety, data integrity, and quality compliance. Support SR&ED tracking by documenting time and technical scope in collaboration with the broader team. University Degree (BS) in Chemistry or Engineering
