Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Southern Tier Region, NY.

Position Highlights:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Estimated annual compensation: $111,000 - $145,250 (no cap on productivity income).

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in New York.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Experience in post-acute care preferred but not required.
