Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Elementary and High School

Grade Levels: K-12 (Primarily elementary with some high school students)
Contract Duration: September 2025 June 2026 (Non-school year contract)

Role Overview:
Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to a caseload of approximately 28 students, primarily elementary-aged with some high school students. In this role, you will conduct assessments, create individualized therapy plans, deliver direct therapy, and collaborate with educators and families to support student communication development and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement appropriate accommodations and modifications
• Monitor progress regularly and adjust therapeutic interventions
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
• Offer support and resources to parents and caregivers

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach
• Knowledge of IEP processes and educational regulations
