Senior Events Associate
Job Description:
As the Sr. Associate, Events at IAS, you will support the planning, and execution of our in-person and virtual event programs across the Americas as well as select Global events.
In this role, you’ll support the Events team in designing and delivering exceptional experiences that elevate our brand, engage priority accounts, and support regional and global commercial goals. In this role you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales/CSM, and Product.
You’ll support event programs—including customer events, industry sponsorships, and hosted experiences— with consistency, quality, and measurable impact. You will support our B2B Marketing strategy with a particular focus on event execution, project management, and developing our voice in the industry. This role is to bring alive the IAS brand with exceptional offline and online experiences for our prospects, customers and employees.

What you’ll do:
Manage corporate engagements across proprietary live/digital events, as well as external industry conferences and trade shows
Create detailed proposals and briefing documents for all events, including timelines, agenda, venues, vendor listing, staffing, and budgets
Manage logistic management and pre-event planning, including venue selection and contract negotiation
Undertake event and industry research to drive recommendations and improve effectiveness of events
Work cross-functionally and across time zones, driving partnership between marketing, sales and executives
Collaborate with the Design team to develop promotional strategy and production of events that bring alive the IAS brand
Create event-related social media promotion and reporting
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations to effectively measure the impact and ROI of activations
Conduct quarterly reporting to quantify event performance
What you’ll need:
2+ years of event marketing experience (Media, technology and/or advertising experience preferred)
Experience in event execution and ability to juggle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with virtual events and webinar platforms
Comfortable managing social platforms and creating new strategies to increase engagement and awareness of events (Social media management platform knowledge preferred)
Excellent ability to work well under pressure and meet stringent deadlines
Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to think in a global capacity and the ability to communicate in a clear and persuasive manner
Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and building collaborative relationships
“Go-getter” with a “can-do” attitude, ability to roll-up sleeves and get the job done
IAS Pay Transparency:
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location, and any additional locations are listed below. Our pay ranges are based on the work location. As part of IAS compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) as well as PPO, HSA and FSA options and 401k with employer matching contributions. All full-time employee roles include competitive compensation and are eligible for an annual bonus and/or other incentive plans. Each candidate’s compensation package is based on multiple factors, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.
