We’re hiring an experienced Content Marketing Project Manager to oversee content planning, execution, and delivery for a U.S. Global Wealth Management marketing team. In this contract role, you will coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring every deliverable supports strategic marketing objectives.

As the Content Marketing Project Manager , you’ll be the bridge between creative, marketing, and analytics teams - keeping projects on time, on brand, and on budget.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and manage marketing content projects from kickoff to completion
• Lead communication between creative teams, channel marketers, and external partners
• Execute high-quality content across email, podcasts, and digital campaigns
• Partner with leadership on agency deliverables and paid media execution
• Track and optimize content performance using analytics insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, economics, or a related field
• 5–10 years in content marketing, project management, or campaign coordination — ideally in financial services or agency settings
• Ability to work on a hybrid schedule (4 days on-site in NYC + 1 day remote)
