Position: Full-Time
Salary: $400,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Overview
This position focuses on diagnosing and managing acute and chronic pulmonary conditions in an outpatient and clinical setting. The Pulmonologist will evaluate respiratory function, create treatment plans, and collaborate with care teams to improve patient outcomes through evidence-based medicine and consistent follow-up care.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with pulmonary and respiratory disorders
- Interpret pulmonary function tests, imaging, and lab results
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Perform and oversee diagnostic pulmonary procedures as needed
- Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of Pulmonary or Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonology
- Active or eligible New York medical license
- Experience in outpatient pulmonary care preferred
