Location: Hybrid - 3 days/week in office
All candidates must be within commutable distance of SEO's offices at 55 Exchange Place, New York, NY 10005, upon hire.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to Executive Committee (EC) members (i.e., CEO and their direct reports) by conducting research, preparing ad-hoc reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions.

Serve as the liaison for the Manager of Executive Office to various departments across SEO.

Provide administrative support as required, including but not limited to, maintaining calendars, greeting visitors, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing and submitting expense reports, and organizing communications.

Schedule, coordinate, and prepare for Executive and Board meetings and other recurring or ad-hoc meetings.

Maintain files, records, and correspondence for various meetings.

Research, collect and/or analyze data to prepare documents for EC members' review and presentation.

Collaborate with Executive Office team members in daily work tasks, including coverage and problem solving.

Assist in preparing documentation for fiscal and regulatory authorities, as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred.

2-3 years of experience in mid-level administration, business, management, or related field.

Direct experience working within a nonprofit organization or early-stage start-up environment is strongly preferred.
