Job Description

One of our largest clients in the health data analytics realm is looking for an Implementation Analyst to join their team. This person will be responsible for helping customers migrate from our client's legacy platform to their new eLearning delivery platform You will help customers migrate their licensed products and data from one platform to another, ensuring that the client administrators are trained to use the new platform, the client's data has migrated successfully, and the legacy site is shut down. You will be coordinating multiple projects (10-15 at a time), managing internal and external communication, and consulting with clients while maintaining high engagement and satisfaction. You will use Outlook for coordination, Zoom/MS Teams for collaboration, and Salesforce for documentation. This person can work remotely and the client is willing to adjust their work hours to accommodate different time zones.

Skills And Requirements

2+ years of professional experience working as an Implementation Analyst

Proven capability managing & coordinating 10-15 projects simultaneously

Extensive experience in a client-facing role, involving communication with stakeholders/clients through calls, emails, and meetings

Extremely Organized -- Attention to detail, Time management, Problem-Solving, Communication

Prior experience in the Healthcare IT industry

Familiarity with documenting processes in Salesforce

Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS)
