Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a high-volume Chemistry Laboratory. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical laboratory expertise, proven leadership ability, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Chemistry Laboratory
• Manage laboratory workflow, staffing, and overall operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, OSHA, and applicable laboratory quality standards
• Oversee quality control, proficiency testing, and regulatory documentation
• Train, mentor, and evaluate laboratory staff to support performance and development
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting activities
• Collaborate with laboratory leadership to improve processes and enhance patient care outcomes
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure timely and reliable reporting of test results

Qualifications

Required:

• Current Clinical Laboratory Technologist (CLT) licensure/qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, Physical Sciences, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical laboratory experience
• Hands-on experience in Chemistry Laboratory operations
• Strong knowledge of laboratory regulations, quality assurance, and compliance standards

Preferred:

• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience
• 2+ years of laboratory operations oversight experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
