Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead (C#, .Net, AWS)
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead to manage and guide a dynamic development team. This hybrid role requires 3 days on-site in Manhattan and requires strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and AWS technologies.
The ideal candidate will participate in and oversee software project delivery, drive innovation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
This is a player-coach role meant for someone who enjoys being an individual contributor but also enjoys helping and leading others.
Key Requirements :
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with ideally 3+ years in a Technical Lead role.- Expertise and active experience directly working with .NET technologies (ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core).
- Strong experience with AWS (specifically AWS Lambda)
- Expertise in Agile/DevOps practices.
- Experience working with and managing offshore developers.
- Previous experience working within a small-medium sized business.
Additional Requirements :
- Must be able to conduct video interviews with the camera turned on.
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder status required.
