Project Manager IV
Kforce has a client seeking a Project Manager IV to join their team in NYC. This role will oversee the end-to-end execution of a cross-functional program that expands analytics capabilities across Legal, Sales, Market Planning, Product Delivery, Consulting, Implementation, and Business Transformation teams. The Program Manager will be responsible for driving delivery of a complex portfolio of data, analytics, AI, and business process enhancements built on Databricks, contract digitization, data normalization, and cross-system integrations. Success requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, governance discipline, and the ability to translate business objectives into measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field required; Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent program/project management certification preferred
- 7+ years of program or project management experience leading enterprise-scale technology initiatives
- Proven success managing complex data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation programs
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and steering committees
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $1M
