- Partner with Real Estate Development teams on pre-opening planning, renovations, and capital projects for new or expanding office hubs.

What you'll bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Facilities Amenities, Employee and Guest Workplace Solutions, hospitality operations, or complex corporate service environments.
- Demonstrated success managing high-visibility, multi-site service portfolios.
- Strong financial, operational, and risk management acumen.
- Proven people leader with experience managing managers and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional judgment, executive presence, and communication skills.
