virtual assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records.
- Complete additional administrative tasks to support daily business operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts.
Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required based on business needs.
