Product Lead / Manager (On-site)

Direct placement opportunity with our client . We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Lead or Product Manager to help bring innovative products from internal R&D to market-ready solutions. In this role, you will coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and customer support to ensure smooth production, outstanding quality, and successful launches. This is a hands-on opportunity to own the product lifecycle from build to release.

• Oversee product builds, working with contract manufacturers to meet deadlines and cost targets
• Track and manage inventory, component costs, and production schedules
• Coordinate product releases, ensuring all documentation, marketing materials, and training resources are updated
• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes, product performance metrics, and corrective actions for failures
• Develop or support production and regression testing for hardware and software products
• Act as the liaison between technical teams, leadership, and external partners to align product strategy with company goals

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or higher in Electrical/Computer Engineering Tech, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in hardware engineering, test engineering, or product management
• Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing and quality control processes
• Excellent organizational skills with a process-driven mindset
• Ability to collaborate across functions and communicate clearly
• Experience with production test development; familiarity with automated testing and/or LabVIEW is a plus

Additional Details:

• Full-time, on-site role with occasional travel (client meetings, CM visits, trade shows)
• $75,000–$99,000 per year, plus medical benefits, LT/ST disability, life insurance, 401K
