Workday Analyst

Our client, a large arbitration company, is looking for a freelance Workday Analyst to join their team on a freelance basis starting before the end of March.The arbitration company is in the early phases of a Workday implementation, and as the Workday Analyst, you will be providing both technical and project support throughout the deployment lifecycle. The Workday Analyst will be working closely with the project and HR teams ensuring accurate data transformation, comprehensive testing, effective configuration, and streamlined project coordination.The Workday Analyst will be responsible for: - Supporting ongoing Workday configuration efforts across multiple modules (HCM, Absence, Payroll, etc.)- Executing data validation, data cleansing, and data reconciliation activities - Assisting with data migration tasks as needed- Participating in testing cycles, creating test scripts and documenting results- Supporting integration activities, including validation of inbound/outbound data flows- Troubleshooting system issues and partnering with technical teams to identify root causes- Providing administrative and operational support to the project team, including managing project documentation, timelines, deliverables, and action items- Maintaining organized records of system configurations, testing outcomes, and data quality findingsREQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years of hands on Workday experience ideally in payroll, time tracking, absence, or compensation modules - Knowledge of Workday data structures, reporting, and integrations- Prior involvement in a Workday implementation or major enhancement project preferred- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies and troubleshoot data/system issues- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skillsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
