John Fraser Restaurants is seeking energetic, reliable, and hospitality-driven Food Runners to join our evening service team at the Wall Street Hotel. As a Food Runner, you play a critical role in connecting the kitchen and dining room, ensuring every dish is delivered quickly, accurately, and with the highest level of professionalism.

What You'll Do• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately while maintaining presentation standards
• Communicate effectively with servers, chefs, and managers to ensure smooth service
• Assist with guest needs and answer basic questions about menu items when necessary
• Support table maintenance, clearing, and resetting throughout service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and expo areas
• Handle hot plates and allergy-sensitive orders with care and attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with the front and back of house teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay organized and focused in a high-volume environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to safely transport food, trays, and service items in a busy restaurant environment
PM and weekend availability is required.
